Booking terms
The terms that apply to room reservations, hall hire, park entry and the use of this website.
Enquiries and confirmation
An enquiry sent through this website, by email or over WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation or hall hire is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing and received any deposit due.
Rates
Room rates are per room per night. Hall rates are per event. Park ride and pool prices are per person, per entry. All published prices are subject to change and to availability, and the price that applies to a booking is the one stated in your written confirmation.
Deposits and cancellation
Deposit and cancellation terms are stated in your written confirmation and vary by rate, by hall and by season. Event bookings carry their own schedule, which forms part of the event agreement.
The amusement park
Rides are used at the guest's own risk and subject to the safety instructions given by park staff on the day. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult throughout their visit. Where a ride carries an age or height restriction, it is displayed at the ride and applied without exception.
Conduct and liability
We ask guests to treat the property, the equipment and other guests with care. We are not liable for loss of items left unattended in public areas, at the poolside or in the park.

Descriptions, capacities, rates and photographs are provided in good faith and may change as the property changes. Where a detail matters to your booking, ask us to confirm it in writing.
